LAD #6 Washington's Proclamation of Neutrality

In this Proclamation Washington states a very important policy to American history. He states that the us has adopted a policy of Neutrality in the war that he acknowledged between Prussia,  Austria, Sardinia, and Great Britain and France against the United Netherlands. Throughout this he also for warns that the American people stay neutral so that they do not get Involved in unnecessary problems.
